Wow! The Parade of Perfection Sale took place yesterday in Chesbane, Illinois and was a great success. At the end of the day, 169 live lots in the Parade of Perfection sale are sold for an average of $21,526. The 26 elite embryo packages are sold for an average price of $3,402! Topseller of the sale was lot 1. West-Adub Lambda Sadie VG-89-CAN 3yr. She is sold for $900,000 to her new owners Butlerview farm with consigner Westcoast Holsteins of Chilliwack retaining half-interest. Lambda Sadie was Grand Champion BC Spring show 2016, All-American Jr. 3yr. old 2025, All-Canadian Jr. 3yr. old 2025, Intermediate Champion and Grand Champion World Dairy Expo 2025. She is sired by Delta-Lambda, sister to Winright Solomon Espresso EX-94-CAN EX-95-MS, the Grand Champion Ontario Summer Show 2022 out of Winright Sidekick Salsa EX-90-USA and goes back on Krull Broker Elegance EX-96-USA 3E. Several Eurogenes members have offspring from this family at their barn, like Wilt Emy EX-95-FR at GAEC Wilt or at Scholten Holsteins with Floydholm Elena VG-87-NL 2yr.
